Per Curiam: The issues presented by this appeal were specifically resolved adversely to the Defendant's position by the Supreme Court in United States v. Giordano, et al., [*] U.S. [*] , 42 U.S.L.W. 4642 (May 13, 1974) and United States v. Chavez, et al., [*] U.S. [*] , 42 U.S.L.W. 4660 (May 13, 1974). The order of the district court granting the Defendant's motion to suppress is, therefore, reversed and the case remanded for further proceedings.
